Lena was expecting a little bundle of joy and to she wanted to have a little gender reveal party at her office. What better way than to make a game out of it? We decided to do two colors on the outside, pink and blue with white baby feet as the decor. Lena had an official gender reveal party the week before with her friends and family, and later told Quyen the gender of the baby in order to make the cake – red velvet if it’s a girl, and blue funfetti if it’s a boy.
For the game part, Lena had her co-workers pick out either a pink or blue cake pop as each person’s guess for the baby’s gender. Then, they bit into the cake pop to reveal the true gender. It’s a girl for Lena and Shane! Congratulations!
